Nestled within the calm lanes of Sanepa, Mesohot Restaurant & Lounge Bar at Baha unfolds as a space where comfort meets character. Surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed open areas, the restaurant feels both refreshing and expansive from the moment you step in. Warm heaters make winter evenings inviting, while the indoor setting is a reminiscent of a cozy French jazz club, creating an atmosphere that feels intimate yet vibrant. The music curation was definitely very pleasing to the ears while soft red lighting, and attentive, well-trained staff elevate the experience, making every visit feel special. Versatile in spirit, Mesohot transitions seamlessly from relaxed family dinners to dates, celebrations, lively weekend gatherings, as well as meetings. Against this elegant backdrop, Mesohot’s menu comes alive, offering dishes that are as visually stunning as they are flavorful.

Melanzane al Parmigiana
The classic Italian dish with layers of tender eggplant, rich tomato sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella. It is the kind of comfort food that deserves a slow, appreciative meal rather than a rushed bite. The aroma alone is inviting and promises authenticity. The light fried eggplant, having soaked up the sauce, has crisp edges beneath the softness, almost melting on the tongue. Gooey mozzarella threads stretch temptingly while finely grated Parmesan adds a gentle granular bite on top. This dish is thoughtfully complimented by the mixed lettuce salad; crisp and hydrating, punctuating the creaminess of the Parmigiana perfectly. Visually the dish is a feast for eyes too.

Proscuitto and Rocket
Watching the Prosciutto and Rocket being freshly prepared and baked right in front of you instantly heightens the anticipation. The Prosciutto and Rocket pizza captivates you with simplicity and freshness. This pizza boasts a light yet satisfying flavor profile. The base is a vibrant tomato sauce, tangy yet balanced, that provides a bright foundation without overpowering the other ingredients. Creamy mozzarella covers the crust with just the right amount of richness, melting into the sauce and creating those irresistible strings with every slice. Once baked, the pizza gets topped with thinly sliced, 30-month aged prosciutto. These delicate prosciutto brings a subtle saltiness and feels luxurious without being heavy. Generous heaps of fresh arugula are added atop. The drizzle of olive oil enhances the aroma and ties all the elements together, giving the pizza a smell of fresh delicacy.

Dynamite Prawn Twist
A standout -The Dynamite Prawn Twist! It is an exhilarating taste of crispy tempura prawns wrapped in sushi rice and nori. Perfectlycrunchy, savory, and slightly sweet. Topped with a creamy, flavorful sauce, each bite offers a delightful contrast of textures. Visually striking and irresistibly tasty, this roll is a true standout dish for sushi lovers. What sets this twist apart is the tobiko pearls topping that crowns the roll. Hints of sweetness creates a balanced and memorable profile that keeps you reaching for more.

Prawns Hargao
Prawns Hargao arrives at the table as a elegant basket of steamed shrimp dumplings with minimalist craftsmanship. The dumplings are tiny and translucent, with a glossy, almost ethereal skin that invites you to take the first bite. The first taste is all about the fresh sweetness of shrimp. Inside the delicate wrapper lies a juicy, plump prawn filling that bursts with natural seafood flavor, clean, lightly seasoned, and beautifully balanced so the shrimp shines without being overwhelmed by spices. The hargao (wrapper) itself is thin and semi translucent, giving way with a soft, slightly chewy bite. Visually, the dumplings are gorgeous: pale, glossy and almost glass like, with faint pink hues of the shrimp peeking through the wrapper. The neat pleats add to the refined dim sum charm. Pairing them with spicy chili oil brings a delightful kick that cuts through the sweetness of the prawns and adds a hint of heat and complexity, enhancing each bite. A splash of soy or a squeeze of vinegar can also elevate the experience, adding umami or tang to the tender seafood.
